Ankle Sprain aka 'Rolled ankle'

An ankle sprain occurs when a person moves while twisting, rolling, or turning improperly due to faulty footing on uneven terrain or high loading performing a quick rotational maneuver, such as playing sports. These symptoms may come from the stretching or tearing of one or more ligaments holding the ankle stable
